What is the cut-off time for placing a food order?
- To receive your order on Tuesday, please place it by Sunday at 11:59 PM.
- For Friday delivery, the cut-off time is Wednesday at 11:59 PM.
Orders placed after these times will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.
How long will my meals last?
Our meals are designed to stay fresh for up to 5 days when kept refrigerated and our salads are optimal up to 3-4 days. For best quality, we recommend consuming them within that time frame. If you’re not planning to eat them right away, many meals can also be frozen for longer storage
How do I heat up my meals?
You can reheat your meals in either the microwave or oven, depending on your preference:
- Microwave: Remove the lid, cover loosely, and heat on high for 2–3 minutes, or until heated through. Stir halfway for even heating.
- Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the meal to an oven-safe dish and cover with foil. Heat for 10 – 15 minutes, or until warmed through.
Always check that food is heated to a safe internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
Yes, we recommend being home to receive your delivery. You’ll receive a text message approximately 30 minutes before your order arrives, so you can be ready. This helps ensure your meals stay fresh and are handled safely.
What is the minimum purchase required?
The minimum order is 6 meals per delivery. This helps us maintain efficient delivery service
Are the meals low in sodium?
Yes, our meals are crafted to be lower in sodium . We use only Himalayan salt to season our meals, which provides a more balanced and natural flavor. Nutritional information is available for each meal, so you can make the best choice for your dietary needs.
Are the meals gluten-free?
Yes, our meals are gluten-free. However, please note that they are prepared in a kitchen where gluten is present, so there may be a risk of cross-contamination.
